Refund Policy

At Sew, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. However, returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products.

Return Window:

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return Approval:

1. The product must be damaged or defective upon arrival.

2. Customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened from the start without cuts.

3. The garment should be unused and in the same condition as received.

4. All original tags and packaging must be intact.

Non-Returnable Reasons:

Size issues will not be accepted as a reason for return. A detailed size chart is provided on every product page, and customers are requested to check measurements before placing an order.

Returns for reasons other than damage or manufacturing defects will not be accepted.

Return Shipping:

If the return is approved, Sew will arrange a pickup through our courier partner at no extra cost.

Refund/Replacement:

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, customers can choose between a replacement of the same product or a refund.
